Son of journalist Kemi Olunloyo, Rich KJT, has written an open letter to actress Iyabo Ojo, urging her to address their mother rather than attempting to intervene in their family issues.

Iyabo Ojo had taken to her social media page to ask Dr Kemi’s sons to forgive their mother and come together to support her. She emphasised that their mother needs their love and care.

She wrote “To err is human: to forgive, divine.

A Message to Miss Kemi Olunloyo Son's

Dear Aunty Kemi's Sons,

I understand your family's situation well, and my heart goes out to you all. I beg you to forgive your mother and come together to support her. Despite being raised differently and having different fathers, your mother needs your love and care now more than ever. Especially you, her first son, who has disowned her - please reconsider and forgive her.

Aunty Kemi, I feel deep pity for you, and I promise to continue praying for you. If you ever need financial assistance for food or medication, please don't hesitate to reach out. Just send your account details, and I'll be happy to help. I love you and wish you well.

Remember, your mother's mental health and well-being depend on your love and care. She's getting older and needs you most now. Please come together and support her."

In response to her post, Kemi son said he and his brothers denied rejecting their mother, noting that their autistic brother is not on social media. He affirmed their love for their mother and stated that they do not require any help.

“Madam Iyabo Ojo: Pls address our mom Dr Kemi Olunloyo and not her sons. My autistic brother is not on social media let alone posting from his cloned page as disowning her, something clarified in 2019. We love our mom and we have our own struggles. We don’t need your help. Thx.”

Kemi Olunloyo and Iyabo Ojo have been engaged in a heated exchange following the conflict between activist VeryDarkMan and Iyabo Ojo.
