Pertinence certifies realtors on completion of coaching program

No fewer than 60 real estate professionals have been awarded certificates by industry leader, Pertinence Group following the successful completion of a coaching programme organized by the company.

The programme tagged the Pertinence Real Estate Coaching Programme (PRECP) initially saw over 400 registrations, emphasizing the high interest and demand for quality real estate education in Nigeria.

The PRECP, held from June 5 to June 27, 2024, was led by a distinguished nine-member faculty, including Pertinence Group’s co-founders Sunday Olorunsheyi and Wisdom Ezekiel.

Other notable facilitators were Tope Mark-Odigie, Abosede Olusola-Obasa, Emmanuel Efosa-Zuwa, Jeffrey Itepu, Oghene Tega, Adebayo Osasuyi, and Olumide Okedara.

The facilitators delivered sessions on critical topics such as building client relationships, personal branding, advanced negotiation skills, team building and management, digital marketing for real estate, and customer relationship management.

General Manager at Pertinence, Seun Odebowale, highlighted that the coaching programme was designed to provide a robust business foundation for realtors, with the aim to boost sales, revenue, and help them succeed in the industry.

Speaking at the ceremony, one of the top-performing participants, Busola Agbolahan, shared her gratitude upon receiving her certificate. She said the programme was amazing yet tasking due to time and the rigorous exercises handed by the facilitators.

In her words, “The classes were amazing but quite tasking because it required lots of time and effort. Above all, the sessions were insightful. I gained a lot of knowledge from it, and the speakers were exceptional.

“I’m challenged to be consistent and take advantage of every learning opportunity because you never know where the certificate you earn can take you.”

Another participant, Kunle Oshilekun, emphasized the value of the programme. He said: “These classes would have cost much more if we were required to pay for it, but Pertinence has provided it for free. They taught us so much about closing sales in real estate. I want to encourage every realtor to participate in the next edition.”

Meanwhile, a week before the ceremony, Pertinence Limited launched its latest estate, Charis Ville, in the Epe area of Lagos State. During the launch, clients who had completed their purchases received their plot allocations.
