Jennifer Aydin has playfully revealed she is on weight loss medication Mounjaro as she shut down Ozempic speculation.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 47, nixed allegations she had slimmed down using Ozempic during Sunday's episode of Watch What Happens Live. 

'You said before the show you wanted to make clear you're not on Ozempic,' host Andy Cohen said. 

'Oh no, I am not on Ozempic,' Jennifer said. 'So everybody's who's yelling about me, saying that my head is too big for my body, it's just my hair, and that I gotta stop taking Ozempic because their family members can't get it.

'I am not on Ozempic. I'm on Mounjaro, okay!?' Jennifer fired back with a playful tone. 'It's 2.5... I'm sorry! I love being this weight! I love it! I have so much energy.' 

Like the widely-known weight loss jab Ozempic, Mounjaro is a diabetes medication that has also been used to help people shed the pounds. 

Jennifer's confession comes after her slimmed down physique sparked Ozempic speculation amongst fans on Instagram. 

On a recent Instagram post in which she showed off her bikini body, fans suggested the reality star was taking the drug to ditch the pounds.

'Ozempic is not healthy. Your husband being a Dr should've told you that!' one person posted.

'Ozempic by any chance?' another asked. 

'Leave the Ozempic for people who really need it,' one commented.   

In another post of her trying on an outfit from Walmart, fans also accused her of being on the medication. 

'I love Jen, she is one of my faves, but too much ozempic already!' one wrote. 

'Ozympic for sure,' another commented.  

Back in May Melissa Gorga claimed all of her RHONJ co-stars used Ozempic for weight loss except for her. 

During an appearance Sherri, she said that she instead chooses to focus on her fitness regime to shed pounds.

'I work out really, really hard,' she told talk show host Sherri Shepherd. 'To each their own for everything, but no, I don't take it.'

However, the Bravo star said she wasn't judging her castmates for using Ozempic.

She added that she is 'happy' her co-stars are taking the diabetes drug, popularly used among Hollywood elites for weight loss, to 'feel good' and 'look good.'

Melissa made the remarks after Shepherd brought up how her co-stars Dolores Cantina and Margaret Josephs also appeared on her show - and claimed 'most of the cast' have used the diabetes drug. 

On the topic of how most people choose to keep their Ozempic usage a secret, Catania said: 'I don't know why, because there's no shame in it.'

She previously revealed she lost 20 pounds using the Ozempic alternative, Mounjaro.

'If a doctor gives it to you, if you're doing things right, you're becoming healthier by losing weight,' she shared.

'It's a bunch of great things that come along with this,' she said on the May 2 episode of Sherri.

After admitting she uses Ozempic herself, she said she had finally reached her 'high school weight.'

'I'm gonna be honest because it's right,' she said after making her confession.

Josephs also chimed in about using Ozempic herself and her positive experience with the medication.

'After menopause, it's so hard to lose weight,' she said. 'And then you're shamed for it if you're heavy.'

She continued: 'It shuts off that food noise, my blood work is great.'

In comparison, she said before she started taking the diabetes medication she 'couldn't do anything.'

'It doesn't matter if I was eating right, exercising, so I don't know why there's any shame in it if it's helpful to people.'
