INFORMATION: Those who would like to address councilors during the meeting must sign in at least 15 minutes before the meeting begins.

RECOGNIZE CITIZENS WISHING TO SPEAK TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL: Council Rules of Decorum limit citizen comments to three (3) minutes. Any person desiring to speak is required to sign-in with the City Clerk, provide their name, address, and the particular issue they wish to address. Under Oklahoma law, the Council Members are prohibited from discussing or taking any action on items not on today’s agenda. If written materials are to be submitted to the Council twelve (12) copies should be made available, and may not be returned.

FINANCE COMMITTEE

Consider:

• Finance Committee Minutes of May 13, 2024

• Claims for all City departments June 1, 2024 through June 28, 2024.

• Final pay to Cook Consulting LLC, in the amount of $236,152.70, for the John T. Griffin Industrial Park, Project No. 2022009

• Final payment to Anytime Roofing, in the amount of $87,001, for the Facilities Building Roof Replacement, Project No. 2023028

• Discuss and take action to consider approval of the appointment of a city council member to the Contractors Pre-Qualification Board in accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 4087-A.

PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE

Consider:

• Public Works Committee Minutes of May 13, 2024

• Resolution No. 2998, supporting the FY24-25 participation of Main Street Muskogee with the Oklahoma Main Street Center.

• Resolution No. 2898, a Resolution approving and adopting an amendment to the Muskogee Tourism Authority Bylaws, Section 2.2, b.1, allowing Trustees to serve a seven (7) year term.

• Receive report on the status of the construction of Grandview Park.

• Accept a grant from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), in the amount of $30,000 for reimbursement of funds to be expended on a Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event in FY2025, and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Reimbursement Contract between the ODEQ and the City of Muskogee.

• Reappointment of Councilor Jaime Stout to the City of Muskogee Foundation Board, to serve a full two (2) year term, beginning Aug. 1, 2024, and ending on July 31, 2026.
