Pearson, a property developer, was also seen on the same day giving his Game of Thrones actress girlfriend a light-hearted piggy-back on the estate, dressed in a casual tee and shorts – as well as, naturally, a polo club hat. Pearson, known as ‘Perry’ to his friends, is heir to the fourth Viscount Cowdray, and was once was romantically linked with King Charles's goddaughter, Princess Maria-Olympia.

His family's sprawling, 16,500 acre estate in West Sussex has been owned by the Pearsons for more than a century, and is renowned for its excellent polo club, where the likes of Princes William and Harry have played. As the eldest son and presumptive heir to his father's title, Pearson is active in managing the estate, and has previously spoken about the complexities of his role.
