We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries through e-mail/website / Social media leads / inbound & outbound calls to ensure the completion of the Lead Cycle.
Have the ability to assess the customer’s requirements to suggest suitable property solutions.
Follow up with potential leads to drive to maturity(sales).
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
Establish relationships with new customers.
Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Identify and respond to client needs.
To develop and maintain a sales pipeline.
Complying with the company’s policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them among our choice of offerings.
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
