A video has emerged showing a large number of Nigerians staging a protest due to the hardship engulfing the country.

In the video that is circulating, residents can be seen on the streets demonstrating with banners and chanting songs.

Hundreds of Nigerians gathered on the streets, holding placards as they demand better living condition and governance.

The banners and placards were inscribed with messages such as “End Nigerian hardship,” “Tinubu must go,” and “Nigerians deserve better.”

Since President Bola Tinubu took office, Nigerians have lamented the rising prices of food stuffs, increased utility costs, and lack of basic amenities.

The exchange rate has also taken a downwards turn, and fuel prices have increased.
