The Rivers State Police Command has arrested Felix Nwaobakata, the commander of a local vigilante group OSPAC, with two human skulls and other parts at his hideout in Omoku, headquarters of Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni Local Government Area of the state.

Nwaobakata is a principal suspect in the murder of two brothers, Collins and Newman Ugorji, accused of being kidnappers. 

Police spokesperson Grace Iringe-Koko announced the arrest, following complaints about OSPAC’s operations and an attack on the Omoku police division.

The police also arrested seven other OSPAC members for various crimes, including murder. Following this, Rivers State Police Commissioner, CP Olatunji Disu, has initiated a crackdown on vigilante group excesses.
