The Annual Gathering: The Mid-Ohio Valley Chamber of Commerce recently hosted their annual Women in Leadership Conference, drawing in a crowd of over 300 women from various areas including Charleston, Athens, Marietta, Parkersburg, and beyond. The event, known for its exceptional speakers and networking opportunities, aims to empower and unite women from diverse backgrounds. Jill Parsons, President/ CEO of the Chamber, expressed her gratitude for the successful turnout, emphasizing the importance of providing a platform for women to thrive in leadership roles. Aim for Success: Originally starting with fewer than 100 attendees, the conference's primary goal remains to motivate women to take on leadership positions within their organizations and communities.
