POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Associate role at Pilgrim's involves a rotation of various production tasks to support the creation of quality poultry products that meet order requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include:
Processing products following established procedures and quality standards
Monitoring equipment operation and promptly reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Providing training to colleagues based on acquired skills and knowledge
Adhering to all company policies related to quality, safety, and food safety
Acting on incidents and safety risks proactively and promoting safe work practices throughout the organization
Engaging in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving using continuous improvement methodologies
Adhering to animal welfare guidelines set forth by the company
