Maverick singer, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charly Boy, has reacted to a photo of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, making the rounds on the internet.

In the viral photo, the FCT minister was captured wearing a blue Versace denim coat, blue pants, blue checkered shoes, and cream-coloured hat with a blue band while holding a black staff to seal the look.

The picture elicited mixed reactions, with many marvelling at the minister’s “unconventional” style and others pointing out the cost of the denim coat which is said to be about $1402.

Reacting, Charly Boy applauded Wike’s fashion sense. He, however, added that his dress reeks of extravagance.

Reposting the picture on his X handle moments ago, Charly Boy wrote:

Charly Boy who is known to hop on certain trending issues on the microblogging platform, X recently reacted to a trending photo of former Rivers State governor and ex transportation minister, Rotimi Amaechi.

The entertainer shared the photo of Amaechi waiting at the departure lounge, waiting to board a commercial flight.

Charly Boy mocked Rotimi Amaechi for sitting in the departure lounge of the Abuja Airport waiting for a delayed flight like any conventional passenger.

Listing 9 observations he made from the photo, Charly Boy stated that power is transient, adding that it was a humbling experience for Amaechi who was not used to such when he was in government.
