After a decent run at the box office, ‘Manamey’ has secured an OTT platform.

According to the recent reports, ‘Manamey’ will be streaming on Amazon Prime Video. An official confirmation is yet to be made about the release date of the same.

‘Manamey’ is directed by Sriram Adittya, and starred Sharwanand, Krithi Shetty etc. in the lead roles. The movie released on the same day as the Hindi movie ‘Munjya’. Despite the mixed reviews, the movie turned out to be a surprise hit, collecting 21.5 crores worldwide.

‘Manamey’ is only the sixth Telugu movie this year that has turned out to be a clean hit. Apart from ‘Manamey’, only ‘Hanu Man’, ‘Tillu Square’, ‘Om Bheem Bush’, and ‘Gaami’ managed to impress the audiences, until ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ took over the domestic box office.

Apart from ‘Manamey’, Krithi Shetty is busy with several projects. She is awaiting the release of films like ‘Vaa Vaathiyaar’, while she is working on films like ‘Love Insurance Corporation’, ‘Genie’, etc. On the other hand, Sharwanand is looking forward to with acclaimed director Sankalp Reddy, who is best known for movies like ‘The Ghazi Attack’ and ‘IB 71’.
