Job Description/Requirements

1. Repair and troubleshoot electronic equipment to identify faults and issues.

2. Diagnose and replace defective components at the components level.

3. Tests and locates malfunctions at the component level.

4. Conduct tests and performance checks to ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment.

5. Perform the repair process in accordance with the manuals, instructions and diagrams.

6. Makes proper decisions regarding further actions with repaired equipment.

7. Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed.

8. Collaborate with colleagues and manufacturers to obtain technical support and spare parts.

9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during the repair process.

10. Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.

11. Participates in the continuous improvement process of the serviced product.

12. Assists less experienced employees in completing assigned tasks.

13. Performs other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience (min. 2 years) as an electronics technician or in a similar role.

2. Excellent ability to operate a soldering station, Hot Air and other service tools.

3. Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and troubleshooting techniques.

4. Familiarity with electronic test tools and measuring equipment.

5. Proficiency in reading technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

8. Ability to work under time and performance pressure.

9. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

10. Effective communication skills – English B1/B2.

11. Well-developed interpersonal skills.

12. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to electronic equipment repair.
