Tamra Judge is fighting back against claims of turning on Shannon Beador following her DUI and hit-and-run arrest last September.
In a series of messages shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, the 56-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star said it was Shannon, 60, who turned on her as she defended her reconciliation with Alexis Bellino, 47, and accused Shannon of lying to press about hitting the pause button on her drinking after her arrest.
“Tamra took that incident and ran with it to make it a storyline … [Tamra Judge,] a true friend would tell Shannon this behind cameras and then tell her she needs help and still be there for her,” a fan wrote to Tamra in a message shared on July 2.
“Stay tuned. You haven’t seen everything yet,” Tamra replied. “I did tell her in private, right after the DUI, that this was a wake-up call and she needed help. But she turned on me because she didn’t like what I had to say…”
Tamra also responded to another person who suggested that her befriending Alexis was a betrayal of Shannon.
“Tam I love you but you kinda turned on her when you became friends with Jesus jugs,” the person stated, signaling an email Alexis sent in which she questioned Tamra’s faith. “Let’s not forget the disgusting and disrespectful things she said to you at the season 10 reunion about your baptism.”
“Not true. I made up with Alexis at BravoCon (before she even met John),” Tamra clarified. “I was still friends with Shannon when I reconciled with Alexis. Also, I’m not the type of person who holds a grudge over an email from 2015.”
In other RHOC news, in a sneak peek at the season 18 premiere, Jennifer Pedranti, 46, is seen revealing that Shannon recently came to her studio to take a class.
“I have a soft spot for Shannon,” Jennifer admitted in a cast confessional. “When you feel like the rug is being pulled out from under you and you are literally at rock bottom, you need a friend.”
In a flashback moment of the two of them at lunch, Shannon insists to Jennifer that she’s trying to turn her DUI into a positive.
“I went to that wellness program for a month and I’m continuing on with the psychiatrist and a therapist there,” she explains.
But during a scene with Jennifer at her studio, Tamra confirms she’s quit their “Tres Amigas” show, explaining that she took issue with Shannon’s alleged false statements about her drinking.
“It was right after her DUI. She was basically on this tour of telling people and the press that she wasn’t drinking and now she’s drinking Diet Coke. So we’re in the green room. There’s a bar. She’s over there looking, looking, looking, looking, pouring it,” Tamra recalls. “She could’ve killed herself. She could’ve killed her f*cking dog [Archie, who was in the car that night].”
Tamra also opens up about their falling out in a confessional, saying, “Shannon and I put this live show together. It was a lot about drinking, and I felt that it was bad taste to do a show right after Shannon’s DUI. Like, stop. Take a beat. Try to figure out what’s going on in your life. Stop drinking.”
“I just lost respect,” she added.
