Hon. Aliyu Ogido Haruna, the Caretaker Chairman of Ajaokuta Local Government Area, has expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for extending his tenure.

In a statement released through his media team, the Chairman thanked the Governor for the opportunity to continue serving the people of Ajaokuta LGA.

He highlighted a few of his achievements in the last six months, including improvements in security, restoration of the electrification grid, and provision of welfare services to the people.

The Ajaokuta Council Boss commended Governor Ododo’s policies aimed at ensuring food security, strengthening security architecture, infrastructure development, and provision of social amenities. He assured that he will continue to implement and replicate the state government’s agenda in Ajaokuta LGA.

The Chairman also expressed his gratitude to Hon. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, the House of Representatives member representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, for his support and synergy with the local administration. He appreciated the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) party, which provided the platform for his service.

While congratulating his administrative team, the Chairman reiterated his commitment to serving the people of Ajaokuta LGA, ensuring that his mandate is justified.
