A user reported of a similar balcony-room in Cape Town, which is a part of a 3BHK with one of the bedrooms being just a furnished balcony. Also, a guy in Toronto was apparently renting their 60th floor condo’s balcony for $25 an hour for *drum rolls* insta pics!

One user on X/Twitter remarked that the listed balcony property is, “Better than living in a tent or a car.” In a desi media house’s Instagram post, users took a dig at the cut-throat real estate business in Mumbai. “Giving competition to Mumbai,” wrote one, while another user jibed, “Don’t give ideas to Mumbai brokers.”
