Hill's Panel Products (HPP) has recently introduced a fresh look for the company's branding while also paying tribute to its longstanding employees who have contributed significantly to its success.

Honoring Dedication and Service
HPP, which marked its 30th anniversary three years ago, launched a branding update alongside a long service awards program. The initiative kicked off by recognizing twelve employees, each with at least 25 years of dedicated service. A special lunch reception was held at HPP's headquarters in Oldham, where each honoree received a commemorative certificate and a plaque. As an additional token of appreciation, they were granted two extra days of annual leave for the duration of their employment.

A Time for Gratitude
Managing Director Keith Wardrope expressed his gratitude, acknowledging the combined 339 years of service among the twelve employees. He emphasized the value of expertise and experience within the company, urging the honorees to mentor their colleagues and contribute to the company's future success.

Recognizing Remarkable Women
Wardrope highlighted the achievements of two female employees, Carole Hamnett-Sadler and Lesley Minshull, for their dedication to working in a predominantly male-dominated environment. The employees shared their experiences and expressed their continued passion for the company.

Celebrating Milestones and Loyalty
The long service awards program at HPP will now include recognition at five-year intervals, with rewards scaling with each milestone. The company's marketing suite will showcase the members of each service group, including the twelve employees with 25 years or more of service.

Embracing Change and Tradition
The refreshed branding at HPP, developed in collaboration with Cornerstone Design and Marketing, signifies a renewed marketing strategy. The aim is to honor the loyalty of longstanding employees while looking towards the future. Nicola Adamson, a Senior Designer at Cornerstone and Martin Hill's daughter, played a key role in preserving HPP's heritage while infusing a modern touch into the brand identity.

A Promising Future
HPP's commitment to quality and innovation, coupled with a deep respect for its history and employees, positions the company for continued success in the market. The blend of tradition and evolution sets the stage for a bright future in the industry.
