It was an embarrassing night all round for Mauricio Pochettino and his side but one moment has since gone viral of Caicedo being humiliated by Partey.

In the first half with Arsenal already a goal up, Partey was about to receive the ball from the left flank.

Caicedo charged in to try and win the ball but the Gunners star simply let the ball roll across him and onto his teammate Martin Odegaard.

Meanwhile, Caicedo had fallen over after being completely bamboozled as the Emirates roared in glee.

And the fans inside the stadium were not the only ones to revel in the £115million man's misery.

A clip of the incident has since been posted on social media and gone viral with Arsenal fans loving their player making a mockery of one of their rivals.

One fan wrote: "He’s sending him back to Ecuador."

While this fan said on X: "And he didn’t even touch the ball."

Chelsea had a miserable night at the Emirates as Arsenal went three points clear of Liverpool, albeit with a game in hand but with a substantial boost to their goal difference.

Leandro Trossard opened the scoring after four minutes and from then on it was basically game over as the Blues mustered a measly one shot on target throughout the whole contest.

In what has become a worrying trend under Pochettino, Chelsea collapsed after the break with Arsenal scoring four times in 18 minutes with two goals each from Ben White and Havertz.

Having lost to Aston Villa and Bayern Munich last week, back-to-back victories over Wolves and Chelsea have reignited Mikel Arteta's dreams of winning the league this season.

Their next contest is crucial, though, as they travel over the road to face rivals Tottenham in the Premier League next on Sunday.
