Mrs. Ijeoma, who asserts she’s Mercy Johnson’s childhood acquaintance, adds fuel to Angela Okorie’s allegations by reiterating the claim that the actress is a witch. Mrs. Ijeoma’s involvement follows Angela’s public accusations against Mercy, sparking a flurry of responses from fans and fellow actors.

Providing her perspective, Mrs. Ijeoma recounts her past association with the actress, citing a disturbing incident. She describes how she was summoned by Mercy’s late mother, who exchanged their garments and conducted mysterious rituals. Mrs. Ijeoma alleges that following this event, her fortunes changed unfavorably, especially during auditions within the Nollywood industry alongside her childhood companion.

Emotionally, Mrs. Ijeoma recalls enduring unsettling spiritual experiences and nearly experiencing a mental breakdown, requiring intensive prayer sessions to overcome. She concludes by asserting that Mercy Johnson’s mother was a practitioner of witchcraft who passed on her knowledge, insinuating that Mercy herself may have been initiated into such practices.

“Growing up, Mercy Johnson’s grandmother was a witch, she now transferred it to Mercy’s mother, she now transferred it to her. Mercy didn’t practice it while growing up even though they’ve initiated her,”  she states.
