Former Manchester United striker Lious Saha has urged the club to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen this summer.

The Red Devils have been linked with a move for the Nigerian international for two transfer windows, alongside fellow Premier League rivals Chelsea and Arsenal.

Paris Saint-Germain are also reportedly interested in the 25-year-old Super Eagles striker.

Despite Napoli anticipating offers, no official bids have been made for Osimhen, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Amid the uncertainties surrounding Osimhen's future, former French international Saha believes that the Super Eagles striker is the missing piece in Manchester United's current squad.

“My dream summer signing would be Victor Osimhen from Napoli. He would really fit the bill at Old Trafford. If I were them, I’d be doing everything to try and get him from Napoli.

“I’d love to see him in a United shirt next season. His attitude, his work rate, he is so good in front of goal. He has a belief and confidence that reminds me of David Trezeguet or Ruud van Nistelrooy, strikers who attract the ball to their feet.

“Proper strikers are dying, but it’s easy to see that Osimhen is one of them.”

Osimhen scored 17 goals in 32 matches in all competitions for the former Italian champions last season.
