Salman Khan Firing Case: The Mumbai police have uncovered crucial evidence that establishes a link between the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and the attackers who shot at Bollywood actor Salman Khan's residence in April. The police have recovered an audio file that shows Anmol Bishnoi, Lawrence Bishnoi's brother, was in constant touch with the shooter. The authenticity of this evidence has been verified through forensic analysis by the Central Investigation Agency, NDTV reported.

Salman Khan himself recounted waking up to the sound of gunshots on April 14, initially mistaking them for a nightmare before discovering a bullet lodged in his balcony. The Mumbai Police's crime branch, led by a senior officer, swiftly responded and launched an investigation, which has intensified with the questioning of witnesses and suspects.

The investigation has revealed the involvement of a Pakistani arms supplier in providing high-calibre weapons, such as AK-47s and M-16s, to the assailants, underscoring the seriousness of the threat. The police believe the shooting was carried out by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, which has made past attempts to target Salman Khan.

Six men have been arrested so far, including Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal in Gujarat, and Anuj Thapan and another man in Punjab. Tragically, Anuj Thapan died in police custody. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are working hard to uncover the full extent of the plot and ensure the safety of the renowned actor.
