N432bn: You’re good in defying, abusing Courts Orders- Sen Sani react as El-rufa’i seeks for Justice in Court

Apparently referring to the former Kaduna state Governor, Mal. Nasir Elrufa’i, the former Senator who represented Kaduna central in 8th Senator Shehu Sani, said there’s no moral justification for someone who defied and abused court orders to turn round to seek Justice in the court.

Shehu Sani, in his tweet (Now X), expressed shook and surprised that after defied court orders and retrenched thousands of civil servants and teachers, arrested Journalists and people expressing their opinions on social media, the former Governor El-rufa’i is now seeking justice in the Court.

Mal. El-Rufai had recently sued Kaduna State Assembly over allegation of N432 billion misappropriation, an outcome of the Assembly’s ad-hoc committee probe reports.

The lawmakers said that the alleged mismanaged funds left the administration of Governor Uba Sani, with a huge debt burden.

His word: “The man who defied court orders and demolished the houses and shops of people is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man who defied court orders and seized people’s lands and shared it to others is now seeking justice in the Court.

“The man who defied court orders and retrenched thousands of civil servants and Teachers is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man who defied court orders and refused to pay compensation to his victims is now seeking justice in the court.

“The man who incapacitated and impoverished Judges in his state is now seeking justice from the courts.
“The man who arrested Journalists and people expressing their opinions on social media is now seeking justice from the Court.

“The man with a known history of disobedience to the rule of law and contempt against judges, Judgments and the Judiciary is now seeking justice from the same institution”, Senator Sani stated.
