The Kogi State Government has extended warm invitation to investors to explore the myriad opportunities available for investment at the Confluence of Opportunities.

This call to action was emphasized at the commencement of the quarterly conference of Secretaries to the Government of All Progressives Governors Forum on the 27th of June at the Government House in Lokoja, Kogi State.

The conference was inaugurated by the Executive Governor of the state, His Excellency Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, who was represented by his Deputy, Comrade Joel Salifu Oyibo.

Governor Ododo highlighted Kogi State as a land of abundant resources, urging both local and foreign investors to consider investing in the state due to its natural wealth and safe environment for investment.

Comrade Joel urged the Secretaries to the Government of APC States to collaborate closely with their Governors, emphasizing the crucial role they play in the success of their respective states.

He stressed the importance of loyalty, commitment, innovation, confidentiality, and diligence in their official duties.

Dr. Folashade Arike Ayoade, the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, welcomed the Secretaries to the Government of APC-governed states to the Confluence of Opportunities on behalf of the people and Government of Kogi State.

She described the conference as a platform to celebrate collaboration, excellence, and progressive governance.

“The gathering not only serves as a forum to address critical issues affecting our states and nation but also celebrates the values of collaboration, excellence, and progressive governance that define our party and collective missions,” she added.
