  • Yinka Quadri and Taiwo Hassan ‘Ogogo’ have publicly reconciled at the house-warming and birthday party of their junior colleague, Yomi Fabiyi.
  • The estranged best friends who are also veteran actors clashed some years back for reasons unknown to the public.
  • Popular chanter, Ajobiewe hailed both of them and urged them to bury the hatchet and hug each other, which they did.

It is a joyous time for Nollywood veterans, Yinka Quadri and Taiwo Hassan otherwise known as Ogogo. The well-known movie stars were present at their younger colleague, Yomi Fabiyi’s 2-in-1 event —house-warming and birthday party and they both made peace with each other.

Recall some years back, gossip blog, Gistlover nipped at their friendship but their fallout became more pronounced when Yinka Quadri wasn’t present at Ogogo’s lookalike daughter, Shakirat Taiwo’s wedding and her child’s naming ceremony.

However, the two have now reconciled, as videos making rounds online captured the actors hugging each other at Yomi Fabiyi’s birthday celebration.

In the clip, Yinka Quadri could be seen on stage spraying money on legendary chanter, Sulaiman Aremu Ajilara aka Ajobiewe as Taiwo Hassan joined him.

Ajobiewe urged them to bury the hatchet, let bygones be bygones and hug each other, which they did on stage.

Meanwhile, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele finally made peace after years of rivalry over who would dominate the Box Office.

The two ladies settled their differences as Toyin Abraham celebrated Funke on her birthday and she reciprocated. To further prove that all was well between them, Toyin attended Funke Akindele’s movie premiere, She Must Be Obeyed.

Last week, Toyin Abraham penned an open letter to Funke  and Mercy Aigbe, speaking about how fan wars caused their unnecessary feud and congratulated her for achieving the one billion landmark in the cinema. Funke also responded, wishing her the best.
