CEBU CITY — Inspired by Cebu province's program implementations, Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rexlon Gatchalian said he will deliver social protection using QR codes to ensure aid reaches the intended beneficiaries.

This initiative will include President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s mandated program, Walang Gutom (No Hunger) 2027, officially launched in Central Visayas on Wednesday at the Cebu Provincial Capitol.
