SAVANNAH, Ga. () – Those wanting to have a great time in Savannah on and after the 4th of July can create lasting memories until Sunday.

Community members and guests are invited to the July 4th Stars & Stripes Celebration at Plant Riverside District from Thursday, July 4 through Sunday, July 7.

There is no shortage of things to do and enjoy during the event from family-friendly lawn games during the day in Martin Luther King Jr. Park, live entertainment on multiple stages, family crafts and activities between pavilions, to a variety of food offerings.

Visitors can enjoy smash burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, barbecue and specialty drinks at riverwalk pavilions.

There will be continuous entertainment throughout the day with local bands and solo performers take turns showcasing their talents, including the Parris Island Marine Band.
