A video showing the moment singer David Adeleke professionally known as Davido graduates from the University has resurfaced online has triggered mixed reactions.
Recall that, Davido, the “Unavailable” hitmaker graduated from the Babcock University in the year 2015. The billionaire son graduated from the University with a Second Class Upper degree in Music.
Note that Davido had his primary and Secondary School education in Nigerian before moving to the USA where he used one year at a University before his dad told him to pursue his education while doing his music.
The throwback video of Davido’s convocation at Babcock University shows how friends, families, and celebrities turned out to cheer him on his academic achievement.
Present at the Davido graduation include, Mavin Records boss Don Jazzy and his former signee Reekado Banks.
According to Don Jazzy, even though he is not a graduate, he was impressed by Davido stressing this development by the singer means artistes do not need to drop out because they want to do music.
Others present include, B-Red, his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, one of his aide known as Lati, his elder brother Adewale Adeleke, his elder sister, Sharon Adeleke, Danagog, Lola Rae, Shizzi, Godswill Akpabio and others.
