Portable cries out over debt, says he was duped in America

Street pop artist Portable has revealed the extent of his debt after being scammed by tour promoters in America.

The controversial artist posted a video stating that he attempted to travel to America but was denied entry six times at the embassy, blaming his poor English skills for the rejections.

Portable explained that he was paid N3.6 million for the event, and many people had purchased tickets, but he couldn’t attend because he wasn’t granted a visa.

Further elaborating, Portable mentioned that the promoters demanded more than double the amount he received. They asked him to pay over N20 million, but he has managed to pay N18 million so far.
