The 31 artillery brigade of the Nigerian Army is carrying out a free medical outreach in Garatu in Niger state to commemorate 161 years since military inception in Nigeria.

The theme for this year’s celebration is “transforming the Nigerian Army imperative for combating contemporary security challenges”
The goal is to build in civil military relationship between the army and their host communities.
