Orange is the New Black star Lea DeLaria is being accused of domestic terrorism after urging Joe Biden to assassinate Donald Trump in an “unhinged” social media rant, some social media users even calling for her arrest.

A “pissed” DeLaria posted a video message to her Instagram page on Tuesday (July 2) in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling that presidents can get immunity from prosecution if their crimes are classified under the guise of “official action.”

In light of the decision, DeLaria seemingly called on Biden to murder Trump with the idea that he could theoretically call the crime an “official action” and get away with it.

“Joe, you’re a reasonable man. You don’t want to do this. But here’s the reality: This is a fucking war,” DeLaria said. “This is a war now, and we are fighting for our fucking country. And these assholes are going to take it away. They’re going to take it away. Fuck you, [Supreme Court Justice] Clarence ‘Uncle’ Thomas.”

She continued, “Joe, you now have the right to take that bitch Trump out. Take him out, Joe.”

The actress then compared Trump to Adolf Hitler, telling Biden, “If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, you’d take him out. Well, he is Hitler. And this is 1940. Take him the fuck out! Blow him up. Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts.”

DeLaria continued her fury in her caption, which read, “It’s all-out war now. They will destroy us. They only want power… like all tyrants. FUCK THEM!!! And if any of you assholes wanna death threat me like you have been doing for my entire life, bring it on bitch. I’m Sicilian, I know how to play that game.”

DeLaria received loads of hate in the comments section, with many followers accusing her of inciting domestic terrorism.

“This sounds threatening and harmful to an ex president, is that legal? Wouldn’t that be domestic terrorism?” one wrote, while another added, “You seriously have anger issues and need anger management! You also should be arrested.”

A third person said, “The amount of effed up this is. Regardless of your political position. In what world can you think you are a good person calling for someone you just don’t like…to get offed … Imagine having such a hateful soul.”

Someone else suggested, “FBI and @secretservice should be investigating this,” while another fumed, “Domestic terrorist! Leave the country. You have no idea what you’re saying. Seek counseling and leave the country immediately.”

A sixth person slammed DeLaria as an “unhinged lunatic.”
