he Super Falcons of Nigeria commenced preparations for the 2024 Olympic Games in Sevilla, Spain on Sunday.
The players and their officials arrived Sevilla for the training tour on Friday.
They will train in the European country for two weeks before traveling to Paris for the games.
Randy Waldrum’s side will take on current Olympics women’s champions Canada in an international friendly match .next week Wednesday (July 17th).
The Super Falcons will leave for Paris , France the second day.
The nine-time African champions are drawn in Group C with Spain, Japan and Brazil.
The Super Falcons will be up against Brazil in their first game at the Stade Bordeaux on July 25th.
They will take on Spain at the same venue three days later before rounding up their group stage campaign against Japan on July 31.
