As Heartstopper Season 3 approaches, Netflix has given viewers a glimpse into the upcoming installment, and yet another new character has been revealed.

The series’ Instagram account shared a snapshot of Oliver Spring (Jensen Clayden) surrounded by the show’s hallmark colorful cartoon leaves as he enters a doorway carrying a yellow toy construction vehicle

“Oliver Spring will be making a small but festive appearance in Season 3 of Heartstopper as a younger cousin of Tori and Charlie,” Alice Oseman said in the caption of the post. “I’m so excited for the fans of the show to meet this beloved character from the comics!”

Clayden is the newest addition to Season 3 of the beloved Netflix series, which has already teased Darragh Hand as Michael Holden, Jonathan Bailey as Jack Maddox, Haley Atwell as Nick’s Aunt Diane and Eddie Marsan as Charlie’s therapist Geoff.

The show’s synopsis reads, “Charlie would like to tell Nick that he loves him. Nick also has something important to say to Charlie. As the summer holiday ends and the months race on, the friends begin to realise that the school year will come with both its joys and its challenges. As they learn more about each other and their relationships, plan social events and parties and start thinking about university choices, everyone must learn to lean on those they love when life doesn’t go to plan.”

First look photos for the third season of the hit young adult show, adapted from Alice Oseman’s graphic novels, portray Nick Nelson (Kit Connor) and Charlie Spring (Joe Locke) together, Elle (Yasmin Finney) and Tao (William Gao) together and Tara (Corinna Brown) and Darcy (Kizzy Edgell) together.
