Now police have revealed they are investigating whether the baby's death was the result of a crime. It has not been confirmed if the baby's parents will face any charges. The couple were out on the water with Tanna and her sister on July 5th when she became unresponsive.

The family quickly started CPR on the infant before the Lake Havasu City Fire Department took over. Tanna was taken to Havasu Regional Medical Center before she was airlifted to Phoenix Children's Hospital where she later died, just days before she turned four-months-old.
