Next has slashed its prices, but only certain shoppers can get their hands on the huge offers.

The UK retailer's VIP sale is available to those who get a shopping slot, but "not all customers will receive an invite" for one. One hotukdeals user said: "The Next VIP sale slots are now available. If you qualify, just log into you account and there should be a book your VIP sale slot option."

However, Next said its VIP Sale invites are sent out "to a selection of our customers", and added: "we’re not able to guarantee who will be selected to take part in our VIP sale."

It added: "We are working to make the VIP sale as inclusive as possible and are always adding more slots. Keep an eye out on your emails/texts.

"Don't worry if you don’t receive a VIP sale invite, you’ll still be able to shop our online sale at www.next.co.uk when the sale starts. For the latest information about our upcoming sales, please keep an eye on our social media pages."

Previous VIP sales have seen prices slashed by as much as 70%.
