Women have been urged to understand their identity and assignment to effect change in society and groom future generations. At the Breakthrough Blueprint Workshop, themed ‘Revolutionise, Ignite, Thrive’, held in Lagos, founder, Bukie Signature Consulting, Bukie Adebola-Ezeh, said that if women focus on self-identity, there would be less competition and more collaboration.

She explained that life is in phases so the need to understand the requirements for each stage while preparing for the next is critical, as life challenges are stepping stones for growth.

According to her, in starting up a business, one should focus on figuring it out in the first year as against having plans which can bring about discouragement if one fails.

“In your first year of business, figure yourself out, the business, your specific markets, support you need so that by the time you are in your second year, when you are bringing people to help you, there is already a foundation of what the business should look like,” she said.
Adebola-Ezeh also advised that entrepreneurs use social media to their advantage.

Mindset and transformation coach, Monica Nnoka, emphasised the need for individuals to manifest their authentic self. She stressed the need to identity led businesses where people are not just going into business for profits but for impact.

She explained that the training equipped entrepreneurs and career professionals to breakthrough limitations through a blue print of things they need to follow and go through the internal work needed to produce expected results.

“Most career professionals and business people are not happy in their jobs because there are traumas holding them back from unlocking their potentials and getting to great levels,” she said.

Nnoka said that they intent to reach at least two million career professionals and entrepreneurs within two years, which would be achieved through summit and workshops across Nigeria.

She noted that participants were also educated on how to raise their money Emotional Intelligence so they can expand capacity to earn more money.
