Here’s Your Chance to Live in the Same Building as a Wolfgang Puck Restaurant

vegasnews.com 2 days ago

If you’ve ever wanted to live in the same building as a world-renowned restaurant, Wolfgang Puck is planning a new Las Vegas outpost in a luxury high-rise.

Reportedly, the new restaurant, which is still unnamed, is being planned for a pair of luxury towers in Henderson, Nevada dubbed Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas. It’s a $1.3 billion project, so it’s no wonder it’s attracted interest from a world-class restaurateur.

According to Eater Vegas, the Wolfgang Puck Las Vegas outpost will occupy one of the tower’s 25 stories. Puck himself will be the sole culinary operator for the residences.

Along with the kind of highbrow culinary excellence you’d expect from Wolfgang Puck, the new Las Vegas restaurant will also cater to residents of the Four Seasons towers with “something entirely new.” That could be a bar and lounge for more casual meals in addition to the usual fine dining.

More than that, Puck will also offer onsite catering services for residents, as well as poolside dining options.

Living in the towers won’t come cheap, however. Reportedly, condos at the tower will start at $3.5 million, with some penthouse options priced as high as $29 million. Since they’re private residences, there may be a chance that some of the condos could be converted to weekly rentals in Las Vegas.

Four Seasons Private Residences will open in late 2026 with 171 condos available between the two towers.
