Some of the cast members of The Real Housewives have spent a lot on plastic surgery over the years, and Dr Ekrem Keskin has estimated who he thinks has spent the most on their procedures over the years.
5. Dorit Kemsley – £8k
Dorit Kemsley joined the cast of The Real Housewives in 2016 and has been open about the plastic surgery she’s had over the years. Whilst she’s previously denied rumours of getting a facelift she admitted that she has got “Botox and filler.” She’s also been open about getting veneers and breast implants which can both quickly add up to a lot if done well.
4. Erika Jayne – £14k
Erika Jayne is one of the highest-maintenance cast members on The Real Housewives and has admitted to spending over $40k per month on her glam squad with Dr Ekrem estimating she’s spent around £14k on plastic surgery.
She told Wendy Williams about spending $40k per month on cosmetics: “If you want to look good it’s hair, it’s makeup, it’s wardrobe, and then those people that help facilitate that. They’re not cheap, you know?” Erika also revealed in her memoir that she has undergone breast augmentation surgery as well as a nose job.
3. Kathy Hilton – £15k
Dr Ekrem estimates that Kathy Hilton has spent an estimated £15k on plastic surgery, despite The Real Housewive denying that she’s never had “any botox, filler – no plastic surgery in my life.” Instead, she put down her seemingly ageless appearance to being “obsessed with skincare.” However, Dr Ekrem speculates she may have had a nose job, botox and a facelift.
2. Lisa Rinna – £17k
Lisa Rinna has been incredibly open about her multiple plastic surgeries that she started having at just 25. When she first started getting lip injections in 1988 the silicone in the filler leaked into the surrounding tissue and caused scarring. In 2010 she chose to remove the damaged lip tissue and get her lips reshaped and refilled.
In the same year, she also got breast augmentation surgery, as well as Botox and facial fillers. She’s also undergone a CellSound body sculpting treatment to help tighten the skin around her stomach.
1. Kyle Richards – £19k
Kyle Richards has spent the most on plastic surgery but has denied a lot of the procedures she’s been accused of getting. She’s admitted to getting a nose job and Botox injections on her face. She’s also confessed to getting liposuction in 2012: “After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn’t go away! I’m very happy with the results!”
