Nigerian actress Uche Jombo is set to release her highly anticipated film “Onye Egwu” on the popular streaming platform Prime Video on July 19.
The movie tells the story of a former athlete (footballer) facing a hurdle that threatens to end his football career. As fate would have it, he comes across a football prodigy who encourages him not to give up.
“Onye Egwu” is directed by Uche Jombo and co-produced by Taiwo Adebayo Folashade and Uche Jombo.
The cast includes Zubby Michael, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, Kayode Ojuolape, Tacha, Chioma Akpotha, Lilian Esoro, Ini Edo, Emeka Nwagbaraocha, Tina Mba, Ufuoma McDermott, Lateef Adedimeji, Debo Adedayo, Broda Shaggi, Nancy Isime, Williams Uchemba, and more.
