Emerging in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic's inception took shape in June 2022. Addressing the healthcare needs of the community, Ashley Saffell, WVU Medicine Barnesville Hospital Ambulatory Services Manager, emphasized that the clinic caters to all individuals, irrespective of their existing medical provider. Patients are encouraged to utilize the walk-in services for immediate medical attention.

Morristown's Express Care Clinic boasts a comprehensive range of medical services, including occupational physicals, nursing school screenings, and youth sports evaluations. While the clinic celebrated its formal opening this Tuesday, it has been operational and attending to patients since April 29. Operating hours extend from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, ensuring accessible healthcare services for all.
