After going through a devastating year following the loss of her son after childbirth, Bachelor alum Sarah Herron is beginning to hope again. She announced on her Instagram that, a couple of years ago, she had given birth to twin girls, Evy and Coco, and she posted a beautiful video of the babies, who she called "miracles."

It was a difficult pregnancy and a scary birth, especially considering Sarah's previous traumatic experience, but everything turned out fine in the end. She and her husband couldn't be more grateful for their beautiful daughters.

In a very moving and adorable Instagram post, Sarah Herron shared her amazing news with the world: she gave birth to twin girls. The birth was not without its complications, as it usually is with twins, and the baby girls were born seven weeks before their due date, but thankfully everything turned out alright and the parents couldn’t be happier.

"World, meet Everette Rae & Colette Rose (Evy & Coco) born July 1st 2024. Fraternal twin sisters, our little 32-weekers took us all by surprise a whopping 7.5 weeks early,” she wrote in the post. “We’re all adjusting to life in the NICU as we have a long road ahead of us —undeniably filled with twists and turns —but the girls are fighters and getting stronger every day —we all are."

While she knows it will be a long journey, Sarah said she was taking a moment to breathe before the craziness began.

"We’re so grateful for our care team and any continued prayers for our tiny warriors. Today’s plan: Sleep, breathe and grow! Welcome to the world little ones! My heart is completely outside of my body for these two miracles," she wrote.

Sarah Herron and her husband have been through a lot to get to where they are now, and their baby girls will grow up in a family that wants them more than anything.

Over a year ago, the couple lost their son, Oliver, who was born at 24 weeks, and while the loss will stay with them forever, they are slowly starting to heal.

"I’m not sure how to summarize the last month, or how we’ve managed to survive —it’s required a certain type of Wintering that only a grieving mother knows. But somehow, we’re here," Sarah wrote in a post shortly after her son passed away.

"What I hate, is that as more time separates us from the night we met Oliver, sometimes I can’t distinguish if the last month has been a nightmare or if my pregnancy was all a dream. And as each new day brings increments of space and healing… I am gutted that we are moving back in a direction of life that physically looks like the one we lived before Oliver. My body is healing, yet I remain in maternity jeans —a paradox of relief and grief at the same time."

They will always feel the pain of his loss, but Sarah and Dylan now have a beautiful family they will nurture and take care of in their healing.
