Spanish giants Barcelona have renewed their interest in Chelsea star Carney Chukwuemeka.

The Catalans interest in the England U-21-star dates back to the summer of 2022 before Chukwuemeka from joined the Blues from Aston Villa.

Chukwuemeka has struggled to get game time under Pochettino as he has featured in just 9 Premier League appearances for the club this season.

If the two clubs are able to reach an agreement over a possible deal, Chukwuemeka will join the likes of Ilkay Gundogan, Gavi, Pedri, Fermin Lopez, Sergi Roberto, Frenkie De Jong and Oroil Romeu in the Barca midfield.

The Blues intend to use the transfer fee to bolster their midfield options for next season.
