Shah Rukh Khan And Samantha Ruth Prabhu To Collaborate In Rajkumar Hirani’s Next? Here Is The Truth

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been reportedly paired opposite South actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu for Rajkumar Hirani’s next project. If reports are to be believed, it will mark the second collaboration of SRK with Hirani after the blockbuster movie Dunki. The reports also suggest that it will be an action-adventure-patriotic film. However, a source close to the director shared that Hirani is busy with his next film while denying the reports of collaborating with SRK and Samantha. When asked about the action-adventure-patriotic project, the source called it ‘baseless’ and ‘untrue’ and stated that there had been no discussions with the actors. 

Shah Rukh was last seen in Dunki alongside Taapsee Pannu. The movie also featured Anil Grover, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, Satish Shah, Boman Irani and Deven Bhojani in key roles. The Rajkumar Hirani directorial released in theatres on 21st December 2023. The film is currently streaming on Netflix. On the other hand, King Khan will be next seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s King. The movie will also star Suhana Khan which will mark her theatrical debut. As per reports, the shooting of the film has already started in May 2024. 

Whereas, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in Shiva Nirvana’s Kushi. The movie also featured Vijay Deverakonda, Rohini Molleti, Saranya Pradeep, Vennela Kishore, Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Saranya Ponvannan and Rahul Ramakrishna in significant roles. Kushi released in theatres on 1st September 2023. The movie is currently streaming on Netflix. She will be next seen in Raj and DK’s web series Citadel: Honey Bunny. The show will also feature Emma Canning, Varun Dhawan, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Kay Kay Menon and Raimundo Querido in prominent roles. It is scheduled to be released on the popular OTT platform Prime Video this year. However, there is no official announcement of the date has been announced by the makers.
