The Nigerian federal government has revealed plans to dole out a grant of N10m to 5000 corps members at the end of their service year.
This was disclosed by the Minister of Youth Development, Jamila Bio Ibrahim, during the swearing-in of the 2024 Batch B stream 1, on Tuesday, 2nd of July, 2024.
She said:
“A groundbreaking initiative to empower at least 5,000 NYSC members with up to N10m each for entrepreneurial ventures upon completion of their service year.
“I pray that some of you will be lucky beneficiaries of these grants.
“The Federal Ministry of youth development is partnering with the government of Niger State and the NYSC scheme to boost food production.”[CONTINUE READING HERE]>>>>
