Kileleshwsa Member of County Assembly Robert Alai has now mentioned former President Uhuru Kenyatta, as he alleges plans to overthrow the current President Dr William Ruto.
Alai alleged that President William Ruto orchestrated his own downfall by making a lot of mistakes like sabotaging middle class and his dalliance with US, attacking Russia over Ukraine among others.
Alai said that a number of powerful leaders within the Kenya Kwanza administration, who are also linked with former President Uhuru Kenyatta have capitalised on the opportunity and now want to overthrow him.
"Ruto made lots of mistakes (sabotaging Kenya’s middle class, dalliance with US and attacking Russia over Ukraine etc) and now powerful interests within his government and also linked to former President have seen an opportunity to overthrow him." He said
He added that Uhuru Kenyatta is hoping that the Gen Z protesters will overthrow President William Ruto and the Muhoho Kenyatta becomes the President. He added that if this fails, he hope to force Ruto to resign and make Chief Justice a temporary President for some period.
"Uhuru wants Muhoho Kenyatta as President. He hopes that protestors would overthrow Ruto but if that fails, he hopes that he can force him to resign and Martha Koome becomes for a temporary period."
"Innocent protestors are playing into the hands of powerful machinations which will never solve their problems." He added
