The executive Governor of Benue state and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Hyacinth Alia has donated 50 bags of rice and 8 cows after he paid an unscheduled visit to Federal Government Girls' College, Gboko.
Governor Hyacinth Alia stated that during the unscheduled visit, he was greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome by the management and students of the school.

Benue state Governor, Reverend Father Hyacinth Alia stated on his verified Facebook page on Saturday; "Earlier today, I paid an unscheduled visit to Federal Government Girls' College, Gboko, where I was greeted with a warm and heartfelt welcome by the management and students of the school."

He added; "To support the nourishment and well-being of these future leaders, I donated 50 bags of rice and 8 cows. This gesture is to ensure that our daughters receive the feeding they deserve, enabling them to focus entirely on their studies and excel in their educational pursuits."
He stated further; "As a passionate advocate for girl child education, I encourage all the students to strive for excellence, make their parents proud, and lay the foundation for their future success."
