Alhaji Shuaib Oyedokun, a member of the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has officially withdrawn his affiliation with the main opposition party.

The former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP also declared his decision to join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). He emphasised that his wealth of experience, dedicated efforts, and leadership roles would find better recognition and appreciation within the APC.

He articulated in his letter, “I have the honour to announce my departure from the PDP on principled grounds, having witnessed a dilution of the core ideals established by the founding members.
