The renowned Six Eighty Hotel is valued at Ksh. 3B. The hotel was purchased by the President in 2019 for Ksh. 3 billion. Dolphine Hotel

Another hotel-related interest of Ruto's is the Dolphine Hotel. After it came to light that the hotel had allegedly encroached on sea territory while preventing access to a public beach during development in 2018, it caused a stir.
