On 29th June, 2024 the former Governor of Sokoto State and also the current Nigerian Senator representing Sokoto State South Senatorial District, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wammako paid a condolence visit to the former Governor of Kano State and also the current National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to commiserate with him over the death of his mother in law, Late Hajiya Hasiya Gauyama at his residence in Abuja, Nigeria.
According to a post made by the Nigerian Senator representing Sokoto State South Senatorial District, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wammako Via his Facebook account, he along with some of his allies paid a condolence visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to commiserate with him over the death of his mother in law at his residence in Abuja.
During his speech, the former Governor of Sokoto State, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wammako prayed that may Almighty Allah forgive the shortcomings of the Late Hajiya Hasiya Gauyama and grant her Aljanna Firdaus. He also prayed that may Almighty Allah give the family the fortitude to bear their loss.
