Rivers State Governor Vows Improved Healthcare and Services Following Zonal Hospital Inspection

According to Punch News, Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has affirmed his commitment to ensuring the best quality of life for the people of Rivers State, despite any potential distractions. Speaking with newsmen after inspecting the Zonal Hospital in Degema Town on Saturday, Fubara assured that his administration remains focused on key sectors such as healthcare, education, and agriculture.

This statement, issued by Chief Press Secretary Nelson Chukwudi and made available to Punch Online, highlights the governor's concern over the lack of adequate healthcare facilities in Degema. Fubara emphasized that his administration is taking necessary steps to address this issue and improve services


"We are here this afternoon, just like what happened yesterday (Friday). Part of our areas of concern, going forward, will be healthcare services," Fubara said. He referenced his recent inspection of the Bori Zonal Hospital and mentioned plans to visit hospitals in Degema, Ahoada, and Omoku to ensure comprehensive healthcare improvements.


Fubara's focus on these key areas aims to provide Rivers people with better access to quality services, reinforcing his administration's dedication to enhancing the overall well-being of the community.
