Embakasi East constituency member of parliament Babu Owino has sent a direct warning to President William Ruto has he is now confident of "taking him home".
In a Facebook post made on Sunday afternoon, Mr Babu Owino posted a photo of himself, saying that he feels that he is now capable of sending President William Ruto home in the coming days.
Owino went ahead to ask his followers on Facebook if they agreed with him, directing people who agreed with him to leave behind a like for the post.
"Naona nikipeleka Ruto Home.Mnaonaje watu Wangu? If you agree mnipe likes." Babu posed. This loosely translates to "I see myself taking Ruto home. What is your opinion my people. If you agree give me likes." He said
Babu Owino is on record opposing President William Ruto's administration as he vows to even run for presidency against Ruto in 2027 should he get enough resources.
Owino has also been supportive of the Gen Zs who are now pushing for the head of state to leave the office of the President.
